Start fresh

Viorant creates a new project folder for you — no files to pick. Best for a brand-new project.

Open a folder

Point Viorant at an existing folder and adopt it as a Space. The name is prefilled from the folder.

Fill in the details

Name

A required name for the Space. Adopting a folder prefills this.

Description

An optional one-line description of what the Space is for.

Framework

The default agent framework. CrewAI is selected today; other frameworks are coming soon.
These are written to the Space’s project.vpj manifest.

Import and first file

The wizard then offers two optional steps you can skip and return to later:
Both steps are skippable. Skip “Create your first file” and you land on the Space’s empty-state, where the same create actions are always one click away.
